After we speak, I'll invite you to notice how it felt to be in contact with me (I'll do the same:)), and to take your time to decide if you'd like to work together. If I think we could work well together, I'll send you a link to book a session if/when you feel ready. If either of us feels it's not quite right, I can offer you referrals for other therapists based on what you're wanting and needing - you deserve therapy that feels like a great fit!
